They doubled booked out seats that we bought in OCTOBER for a show in APRIL. We were told one week before the show that they don't have seats for us anymore.

They were willing to put us in crappy seats for a little less money. NO WAY! We had very good seats and they screwed us over. Never again will I book tickets through them.

They were awful to deal with!!

They were rude on the phone and when they put you on a "brief" hold you wait for at least 10 minutes. Only to find out that the person you need to talk to isn't available.

This person wrote the review because of "you guys are awful " of show tickets from Best Time Entertainment. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Best Time Entertainment to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
