This is a scam !! Beware!!

I purchased ticket for floor seating to the Ringling Bros Circus in Tampa well in advance. They processed my $283 payment immediately, but then a couple days prior to the event, called to tell me the tickets I purchased were not available. They tried to offer me nose bleed seating and even tried to sell me seating behind a curtain on the floor level assuring me they would move the curtain. Lies, lies, and more lies. I settled for second level seating with a long shot of getting a refund for the difference in pricing. I still have not received my tickets via email and the Circus is tomorrow. If I did not have a 4 year old that has never been to the circus, I would have reported my credit card stolen and gotten my money back. Don't ever use this company to purchase tickets to any venue. You will not get what you think you are paying for.

Sold us unauthorized/overpriced tickets that we no longer wanted

After the initial transaction failed for Lion King tickets that we wanted to purchase, the sales rep said that he would find some. Instead of calling back with tickets to the performance that we needed to go to, he continually called in a harassing manner with tickets what we were no longer interested in, and he wouldn't take "no" and "stop calling" for an answer. I insisted many times that I did NOT want the tickets anymore! Well, guess what showed up on our doorstep??? 8 tickets to the Lion King to a random show... He didn't even call to tell us that they were coming! We had to cancel and change our credit card. Talk about unprofessional and pushy beyond belief!!!! My advice- Steer Clear!!!

Misleading web site

P!nk concert tickets available versus what was sold are VASTLY different. The provider's web site indicated tickets in a range of seating areas. VERY misleading. Attempted refund with their "representative" and was denied. Should have checked here first because it was a costly mistake. Added fees and no recourse. Typical film flam operation that resembles and feels like a slimy operation. Customer service is lost on this one. Events and tickets are supposed to be a trusted agent, not a misleading pack of lies and poor service. Again, any company or ticket agent worth using would not put false and misleading information on their web page. I should have checked here FIRST.

Misrepresented tickets for sale

Company advertised tickets in rows A-K and since they were all supposedly available and the best available was to be sold to me, I purchased thinking I was getting Row A or at least close to it. Now they tell me they have right to send me anything in that ELEVEN row range a couple days prior to the event. If they had Row A available, as they said, and I was to get BEST AVAILABLE when I purchased, I should not get the last row. They refuse to tell me where my tickets are and hung up on me. They are in Connecticut where the laws are fairly stringent, so they should be honest.

Misleading prices/additional costs added on

Advertising for tickets starting at $34.00 Tickets purchased on line and ended up with $242.16 bill. Could not reach anyone on phone initially to cancel, had to email. Finally reached someone the next day and they said everything non refundable. The add on additional separate charges that are not advised upfront until you submit to charge credit card. They added a service fee, a fee to send you the tickets (which you print on line!) and some other *** fee that couldn't really be explained. We will NEVER ever go to Time Warner Arena in Charlotte again because of this. And the seats were ***.

Best Time Entertainment III = Worst Time Ever!

I purchased tickets for the Bruno Mars show at the Palace of Auburn Hills from Best Time Entertainment. The listing was confusing at the least, and I now believe, purposely misleading. I purchased what I believed were tickets in sections 201 or 230, for a fairly high price, plus $46.04 in fees, but then received tickets that were in section 212. 212 is BEHIND THE STAGE!!! On other ticket sale sites the sections with obscured views are indicated at the time of purchase, but not here. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the tickets provided I got a lecture on the meaning of a hyphen and was told all sales are final, no exchanges, refunds, etc. I wouldn't care if this company had tickets for the last two seats in Heaven, I would gladly take nose-bleed seats in *** rather than do business with them again. Buyer beware!

Best Time Entertainment vastly overcharged me for Wicked tickets.

This is super embarrassing, but I got suckered, and I thought everyone would like to know.

In late August I saw that the show Wicked was coming to the Paramount theater in Seattle. I went online to Google and typed "Wicked Seattle" and clicked on the first search result – http://wickedtour.net

Even though the site is sparse, has no official graphics, etc. for some reason I thought it was official, and clicked to buy tickets to a matinee performance on Sunday October 28. I bought 8 tickets so we could take the entire family and make this a real experience that we could enjoy. My small children would be seeing the show for the first time and I wanted it to be memorable. WickedTour.net apparently uses the ticket sale services from www.besttimeentertainment.com. Needless to say, their name is ironic given what actually happened.

The seat prices were very expensive. I couldn't afford the ones near the orchestra so I opted for the mezzanine. Knowing there were three mezzanines I thought I was safe choosing the mezzanine as it was the first one. They said the seats would be somewhere between rows A-Z in the mezzanine. I paid $173 per ticket (~$30 of which was a service fee). My tickets came a few weeks later and I didn't bother to look at them. The day of the show, we arrived at the theater only to find we were in Row V in the third mezzanine. Needless to say, we were in the nosebleeds, only a few rows from the very last row in the theater. The experience was definitely not what I was expecting. I looked at the tickets and saw they had a $43.75 face value (in small type). After the show, I wondered what had happened and how I could have gotten so confused. Did they send me the wrong tickets?

After some investigation I realized that I had not in fact bought my tickets from the official box office, and I'd paid 4x+ the price I should have. Getting ripped off for $1000 sucks. But having my kids first experience with Wicked be sub-optimal was the real bummer. I can't retake them to the show for the first time. I realize that given the storm, and all the things affecting humanity, there are far worse problems to have than having $1000 to lose to a scammer, and sitting too far away from a fancy broadway show. That said, this was a non-trivial amount of money and was going to be our single big family experience of the fall where we go do something big.

I called Erik Schultz at Best Time Entertainment. I asked him for a refund. I didn't even want the face value. Just the huge markup. He said no. Made it clear that "Mezzanine" meant all three mezzanines as the row lettering spans all three of them, and that they had a disclaimer on their site making it clear that they resell tickets, and are not affiliated with the official box office, etc. He also made it clear that he had nothing to do with the folks who operate wickedtour.net who's SEO techniques put them above the official box office for the show.

Is this legal? Yeah. I'm guessing it is. But is it honest? No. Not in the least. These guys use social engineering to make me think I'm on an official site, getting good seats, at a good price, and then screw me so they can harvest rapacious markups. And of course, I won't know this is an issue until the tickets arrive, which is relatively close to the show. And in my case, I didn't realize I got ripped off until after the show. The guy at Best Time basically told me "tough" and it was my fault for not understanding what I had bought.

I hope everyone will be incredibly careful clicking on any sites that look sort of like the official site for a big event, and not assume that the first result is always the best. Furthermore, I advise everyone to avoid Best Time Entertainment at all costs. How this guy sleeps at night, I don't know.

I also bought tickets from Best Time Entertainment. As I realized I had *** seats for the Jersey Boy's, I started talking to other people who had the same thing happen to them.

Call and complain to the Attorney Generals Office. The more people that complain they will investigate. I did finally call my own Attorney and Best Time Entertainment. I did get a refund for 2 tickets at 210.00 each.

The face value was 34.00...DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAN AND RIP OFF.... :(

Overly Overpriced Ticets

I bought tickets to Jersey Boys in Jan. 2013 thinking I was getting tickets to a bought out show from the venue box office. I bought 2 tickets in the balcony for over $500. When I finally realized that I wasn't buying from the venue box office, it was too late. I actually got front row tickets for $220 for the same show! Of course these jerks won't give me a refund and made me dispute it thru my credit card company. I got to plenty of show but I'll never recommend or by future tickets from Best Time Entrainment! They are the biggest rip off. No wonder they won't apply to become a member of Better Business Bureau.

Deceptive polices, beware.

Best Time Entertainment makes you think you're selecting the tickets you want, but their policies allow them to replace your tickets with "equal or greater value" tickets. The problem is that they decide what is equal or greater, not you, and you don't see what they've given you till the tickets arrive, and then you're stuck: no exchanges, no refunds. We selected & paid for tickets facing the stage, received an email showing the seats we ordered, and then we received tickets on the far right side of the stage, as far over as you can get and not actually be BEHIND the stage. Also, even though you can select tickets close to the stage upon ordering, you're actually ordering anything between rows A and Z, so you could end up in the first row that you selected, OR the last row 3 miles up. Read their policies first before ordering, they basically sum up to "You'll take what we give you and like it". Read the policy, read the policy, read the policy. NO ONE would order tickets from them if they read it first, because everyone naturally expects that if you order tickets, and get an email saying "here's what you ordered", you won't be sent something else and told the seats you selected weren't what you really wanted, you instead wanted completely different seats much farther from the stage. It's like Monty Python's parrot sketch, but in real life.

Extremely overpriced tickets!

I went to the venue where Broadway show Beauty and Beast was playing locally. I also purchased tickets thinking I was dealing with the venue. What a scam. I purchased 3 tickets @ $178 = $534.00 plus $141.50 service fee plus $15.00 shiping total = $690.51 When I got the tickets the face value is $70.00!!!!! I had never purchased this type of ticket before and remember commenting to my daughter "how do people afford to go to show like this regularly?" I wanted the this for my granddaughter so I tried to get other tickets and file a non payment to American Express however the tickets are sold out. I'm stuck since i don't want to disappoint my granddaughter. I am stick with the high cost, but I will inform American Express so they can advise customers not to use Best Time Entertainment!
